I paid the requested $95 measurement charge on-line through my bank account. Several days later I left two phone messages to follow up on the measurements for the new shower door and the estimated cost. None of the phone calls were returned. I drove 45 minutes to the shop in Flagstaff to check if there was any progress. I was told I hadn't paid the measurement fee even though it had cleared and been posted to my checking account. At that point I just canceled the service and requested a refund which I haven't yet received. The communication and follow up by this office is horrible.

I would highly recommend completing your window project and/or sliding glass door project through Demers Glass. I recently replaced 8 windows and I replaced my backyard door with a sliding glass door. Demers Glass offered a very easy process (measurement, ordering, installation), competitive prices, quality products, friendly technicians, quick installation with good clean-up afterwards and excellent communication. I have already recommended this local Arizona company to friends.

I needed a replacement sliding shower door. After 2 weeks, Home Depot and Delta were not able to provide what I needed. And then in just one email and one phone call, Demers provided a solution. Service people are now scheduled for measurements. Waiting for a final installation and materials estimate.

Derrick and Dustin came to take measurements for estimation of shower door replacement. They fixed my existing listing glass shower door and are veritable angels as far as I am concerned. They saw a dangerous situation and immediately helped. These are Good people with the skills and knowledge to do the job right.

I ordered a piece of tempered glass to protect a hand carved dining room table. The team at Demers glass was great. They helped me understand the different options available, made sure rounded corners were correct and delivered and placed the glass. Overall smooth process. Thanks Demers, Eric
